This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for February 25, 2008:
I love these questions. I would spend forever outside creating fun for myself. I can't really believe how crazy i was...but here is an example. I used to stand next to a tree in the winter time and hold a stick until the birds would land on it. ha ha. And I would do self taught gymnastics every night until it got dark outside. This might be why I have so many back problems. I also dug a hole in the ground, got a tennis ball and a stick and played golf.
We had this hill in the back of our land that I would climb up, then ski down. Climb up, ski down.
This question helped me. I remember that I was the same as I am now. I would find an activity, practice it until it got dark every night, then eventually move onto something new. One time my mom yelled at me because I was pretending the outside porch was a stage and I was singing as loud as possible.
